In the event that you come as a renter and convert to a buyer,  it is Namaste Oasis policy to fully refund you for the rental fees that were paid during your visit. If you come to stay with as our guest and move forward and purchase a share, the rent is on us. So in other words… Free Rent!!! We are THAT confident in our property.
