Namaste Oasis – Video Tour Walk through of Residence #1

Below is a quick video walkthrough that we completed for a client who requested it. It gives a great idea of the flow of the interior our our units. I have added a text explanation of each part of the video, and if anyone has other questions on the interiors of our residences, please feel free to email us at jeff@namasteoasis.com. Enjoy!

You enter the residence through the main door, and come directly into the living area, where you can see the two micro-suede sofas, coffee table, LCD TV, AC unit, interior rug, etc. From here, the room flows into the kitchen; the main attraction of the kitchen, is the large island, that is made out of a rare local hardwood. The kitchen is fully stocked, you can see the knife set, blender, coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster, etc… The countertops are pure black granite, and the floors are polished concrete throughout. From the kitchen we move to a tour of the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. One thing to take notice, is that we put the vanity and sink of the 2nd bathroom separate from the toilet and shower, so that its a more efficient design and that occupants can both take a shower or use the bathroom while someone is using the sink at the same time. The 2nd bathroom has frosted glass shower enclosure, and porcelain tiles, with glass mosaic accents.
From the 2nd bedroom/bathroom, the video tour goes into the master suite. You can see all the details in the master suite, including the King Size bed with extremely comfortable orthopedic mattress, the desk and work area, the large double vanity with plenty of countertop space, storage underneath, full size mirror and makeup mirror, as well as the large shower enclosure and toilet rooms. The tile work in the master shower is especially nice and one of the features that our other owners and clients usually compliment us on. The entire master suite has a feeling of being very open and airy, as the 3/4 wall and open concept design makes great use of all space.

The last part of the video tour shows the best feature of the residences, which is the 6 panels of glass sliding doors, that are easy to open and make for true indoor outdoor living. At night, as you probably know from being here, the temperature cools down quite a bit, and its really wonderful to have the option of opening the entire place up, and having the large outdoor terrace seamlessly flow into the interior main living areas.
